做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
