做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
