做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
