做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
