做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
