做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
