做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
