做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
