做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
