做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
