做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
