做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
