做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
