做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
