做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
