做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
