做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
