做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
