做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
