做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
