做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
