做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
