做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
