做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
