做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
