做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
