做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
