做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
