做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
