做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
