做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
