做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
