做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
