做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
