做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
