做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
