做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
