做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
