做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
