做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
