做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
