做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
