做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
