做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
