做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
