做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
