做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
