做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
