做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
