做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
